Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Administrator and CEO Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman said they plan to improve the Central Business District and build boardwalk to boost economy and social engagement in the Freeport.
He said the Central Business District will have a two-story commercial building and a two-story clubhouse for events. The area will also have stalls for local businesses, a boardwalk for relaxation, a food hub to cater both locals and visitors and spacious parking area.
Pangandaman said the goal is to create a modern business space with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and community development. The project will offer new commercial spaces for businesses to create more job opportunities for locals and attract new investors.
Pangandaman added they aim to make FAB a top spot for business, tourism, and leisure.
